Event: Blood Money

[Moto Ichiro]

"As you say." He says with another bow considering the matter settled.

The guard returns with a handful of eta, which are then directed to remove the bodies and the two unconscious men.

After they have been removed, the Asako sensei asks Prashant

"Yo said you have begun a purification ritual? Come, let us continue it"

[Iuchi Prashant]

The Unicorn bows to the Agasha with serious, determined eyes.

"Hai, Asako-sensei. I had prepared a configuration of candles and had just lit them and some incense to start the ritual proper with Togashi-san's assistance, when I heard Sensei-tachi calling. I had to put out the fires to avoid accidents, but the setup is still there."

He then waits to follow her inside and nods at the Togashi. "Togashi-san mentioned he would like to participate in the ritual. May he join us, Asako-sensei?"

[Utaku Nesrin]

Nesrin breathes deep as the Asako's prayers awaken all kinds of kami. This would be amazing at the end of a long night watching the mares in foaling season, then she wouldn't have to sleep away the day.

After a startled, but sincere thank you, she listens to Oichi detailing the changes to come and the strict admonition not to leave...which was going to make visiting a market difficult. She then remains silent and thoughtful, watching the purification rituals.

The Asako nods, and beckons for both students to follow her into the barracks.

Once inside, she directs the two on what to do and begins prayers, whispering quietly to not disturb the sleeping students.

Outside, the remaining sensei watch as the bodies of the heimen are carried off. Hida Goroharu breaks the silence by clapping the moto on the shoulder.

"You all did well to dispatch them, even if the were just peasants. Your sensei would be proud."

[Moto Ichiro]

Ichiro looked at the hand but said nothing about it "Arigato Hida-Sensei. Your lessons were helpful in taking them down. They never stood a chance."

[Vutall]

The burly Crab lets out a "Guffaw", much to the dismay of the other instructors.

"I had my eye on you, Moto-san. You are quite the fighter. Don't let that spirit leave you!"

[Togashi Dao]

The Asako nods, and beckons for both students to follow her into the barracks.

Dao followed the instructions intently, silently and solemnly until the ritual was completed.

"I hope that our...overexuberance will not count against us Asako-sensei. I know death is not something to be dispatched on a whim, and such was not our intent."

The sensei shakes her head.

"To ride the wheel should not cause sadness, Togashi-san. You did as you had, and only Emma-O can decide what will happen next"

[Togashi Dao]

"I thank you for your words sensei, I have not yet received much training in the metaphysical and the theological. Perhaps I will take the opportunity to expand my mind in such directions while here."

He replies with a mirthless smile and bow of his head.
