Here chirpy, chirpy

[Yasuki Ginkarasu]

Ginkarasu slowly lowers the blanket, then scans the room bit by bit. Where would I hide?

"What's that, on the bag?" he asks cautiously, nodding towards it with his head.

[Utaku Nesrin]

Verrrry slowly, she leans to look around the bunk, eyes lighting up as she spots the insect on the bag, just beginning the slow process of chewing a hole in it. "Banling!" Almost comically slowly, she shuffles toward the found cricket, trying to avoid vibrations and movement that would sent him leaping away.

Finally, she waits, hand with fresh food stretched toward the bug, until he reaches toward it, antennae forward to size up the morsel. Her other hand swoops in to catch the cricket between them, food and all. Banling is quickly tucked back into his small wicker cage, and Nesrin is bowing to the pair of helpful cricket hunters.

"Thank you both so much for helping. It would have been really hard trying to track his chirping while everyone was trying to sleep."

[Yasuki Ginkarasu]

"Welcome! I imagine it would've been dangerous! Little cricket like that could hop up on someone while they're sleeping, and then what do you do?" He starts folding up his blanket.

[Utaku Nesrin]

Nesrin nods. "I've heard of sleepers even swallowing bugs and spiders in their sleep! That would be awful." Setting the cage aside, she too starts helping to tidy up the blankets they'd used.

[Yasuki Ginkarasu]

"Certainly wouldn't be a lucky end." He grins a bit. "But thankfully, cage intact!"

[Utaku Nesrin]

She nods. "Yeah. Whoever knocked the door loose didn't break it." Because someone wouldn't purposely open the door up, right?

[Yasuki Ginkarasu]

"How odd! Still! Found again! And before we all get to cleaning up where the little one would've probably been chased by lots of us all over the place."
