Kitsuki-sensei really had a talent to do this sort of thing. Before she made him meditate for the first time, now she made him completely immersed.

Kenji calmed down a little. He tried to concentrate only on Kitsuki-sensei's voice. He breathed slowly in and out, in and out, in and out.

Yotsuo's breathing was gentle and slow, relaxed and paced with regularity. This part had become easier for him as well. Little by little he began working towards making it reflexive rather than active. Not his natural breathing rhythm but a practiced rhythm that became his norm for this state.

The thought of being immersed filled his senses. He let it take over his mind, the sensation of being surrounded by a single feeling.

He reimained strangely still present when he was supposed to let go of his mind. Was it the worries? Meditation is something he sure would have to train more.
