Are the Unicorn able to gain Lion assistance in hunting down a dangerous group of criminals that are on contested borders between the two clans?

logically speaking, lion aren't really logical (lol)

if the unicorn is receiving koku from crane, the lion clan will probably get pretty mad and irrational at that

heavily militaristic clan, remember? also they're unlikely to be accepting of the unicorn's way

From a history perspective, would it be better for them to get a shaky truce with the Unicorn or get the Unicorn a little mad and getting both quite screwed?

nothing says they can't get it without the lion's help

and we know the criminals are going to try to restock for the winter so it won't be hard, especially if clever traps are laid. the only question is if they can prevent the lion from noticing or becoming too irrational

i also think that the unicorn clan would be better suited/more skilled for this type of stuff anyway and lion could just slow them down

nothing lasts with the lion anyway

besides, what are the lion going to do? if they try to contest over territory then the miya might step in for this too and even if they dont im pretty sure it'd be difficult to declare war with the mountains and river and whatnot
