Not wanting to continue to risk being bit and clawed, Haruki breaks free from the two cats and enters a defensive posture...which is quite impressive, coming from a cat.

Then, the same strange sensation of nausea, headaches, and body pains return, swirling colors and smells and all the students are back at the Dojo. At each of their feet is a small porcelain animal mask, in the shape of the animal form they had in Sakkaku.

"Your reward. If you ever wish to be an animal again, simply put on the mask and do a somersault. But, be warned. If you spend too much time as one, you will never be able to return to your human form, instead your spirit swapped with the animal in our own realm."

Your human body is taken over by the spirit of the animal you transformed into.
