Event: Here Kitty Kitty

[Vutall]

As the students roam about the dojo in the evening time, many of them will come across a small porcelain theater mask that is shaped and painted like a cats face.

If they choose to pick up the mask, they must roll a willpower roll at TN8 (TN15 for Kaito Haruki). Failure of this roll means they have a strong desire to put the mask on, and must do so.

Kenji tried to sleep, but could not. Instead of lying on his mat forever and rolling around, he decided to go for a walk and clear his head. "What's that lying there?" he said when he saw a mask on the floor and picked it up. Something made him want to put it on, but he could resist the urge.

Zashi is a bit annoyed that the plan to sneak out hasn't gone quite as expected. The Fox isn't quite ready to head back into the dorms, at least without the lovely Sakura-chan. So, when there's a mask hanging about, it is a curiosity and Zashi picks it up to examine it.

The desire to put in on is instantaneous, and Zashi's lips immediately quirk.

"Someone is having a bit of fun~" Zashi toys with it, examining the mask. "I want to find out who"

This time it was Sakura who snuck up on Zashi! She peeked over his shoulder.

"Oo...what's that?" She was strong in will it seemed, for she did not don the mask of weirdness

Kaito Haruki feels a strange sensation overcome him, and when he opens his eyes, he has been transformed into a cat!

All of the students, including Haruki, hear a small voice calling from outside in the parade grounds.

"Here kitty! Here kitty kitty!"

[Zashi]

"I don't know Sakura-chan." Zashi grins back. "I suspect magic mischief afoot! The best kind of mischief!"

Zashi motions to the direction of the voice, following along to the voice's source.

Kenji followed the voice calling for a cat.

Something is wrong here, he thought

"Let's see what we can find..." Zashi concentrates, calling about the Air Kami. Yes, they were mischievous and spoke in riddles, but that seemed to be where the night was going

Haruki follows the sound of the voice to the outside where he finds a saucer of milk with a couple of cats sitting next to it.

[Doji Sakura]

"Kitty!" Sakura said the obvious "that boy was a cat! Or was the cat a boy? I don't understand!"

She looked to Zashi then Kenji.

"I'll...follow you two. Zashi-san seems to know what this it though."

[Kakita Kenji]

"The cat went outside! Should we follow it?" he turned to Sakura and Zashi

Guess I'll follow, and guessing from how no one has answered my question yet, I guess I can't talk like a normal person. So what can this body do?

[Zashi]

Zashi looks back. "Oh, I have no idea of who put this here or why. But there is a spell that urges us to put this on. And now there is a voice calling us. But maybe we can find out a bit more". As Zashi concentrates, an air kami materializes

"What is the intent of the one who placed this here?" Air spirits were notorious about giving hard fact, but emotions and impressions? It would hopefully be easier to tell the difference between fear, mischief and amusement.

As the three students and a cat approach the saucer, a large, fat little heimen girl with a very cat-like face smiles at them.

"Ah, there's my kitty!" she exclaims at Haruki.

The two cats sitting next to the saucer begin lapping at milk.

"What is the intent of the one who placed this here?"

The air spirit giggles. "Why do anything, if not for fun?"

Sakura, who had been following, tried to see which cat was the human-cat and which wasn't.

"That's your cat?" She frowned. That was the human turned cat wasn't it? This was just confirming in her mind that the human was secretly a cat all along.
