ANNOUNCEMENTS:
Due to the now completely water soaked streets, Starting in Late Afternoon and until the rest of the game, all Water spells gain a Free Raise, where all fire spells must have two raises called to be successfully cast. These raises have no other effects.

Additionally, traveling anywhere in Tsuma leaves everyone's feet and lower legs utterly covered in mud

The sixth and final day of the Topaz Championship. Contestants are asked first to report to the Kakita Academy to conduct their Archery test, and then later in the early evening to gather at the forest outside of Tsuma to go hunting. After hunting, all who pasted the Championship are requested to join Kakita Toshimoko at his estate for a celebration feast and a gift giving ceremony meant to mimic those of a court.

-Weather: Warm, with a light spring breeze.

-Moon: The Moon is full! All players who have a mechanic keying off the Full Moon must make their appropriate rolls at the start of the day inside their personal forums. If they pass, nothing is triggered, but if they fail, they suffer the consequences for failure (Kitsune tails show, or Lord Moons Curse turns the players character over to the GM from LE to LN, for example)
