Having relaxed a bit and attempted to clear her mind, Nobuko set herself to attempting to display some skill at formal calligraphy and use of more obscure kanji that showed a deeper understanding of the terms presented.

While she still wasn't as certain about her overall politeness - considering the circumstances, maybe being slightly pointed was not inappropriate? Her father would know... - she was very proud of her writing when she finished the letter. It came out beautifully.
