It's tough, as there arn't mechanically a lot of rewards for Non-Bushi a lot of times.
Luckily, there won't be another game like this in the campaign! >.>

It definitely does seem like Shugenja came out behind stat wise (though with the way V is doing things that will give XP spending flexibility).
As of those who were listed in Event Tracking at the time I looked, dropping anyone who cross trained or did not do all four days as of the time of gathering info:
5 courtiers earned an average of 22 dojo points, 3 skills, and 4 advantages
3 shugenja earned an average of 22 dojo points, 1 skill, and 2 advantages
5 bushi earned an average of 20.2 dojo points, 3.4 skills, and 4.4 advantages (more bushi received the 'succeed at 3/4 days' rewards than other groups at least as listed)
