Dao was about to grab a couple of knives when Aiichiro warned him off.
He was getting his wounds bound when Aiichiro mentioned something about taint.
There was obviously something wrong about these foes, he thought as he took a deep calming breath, relieved that it all seemed like it was over.....
When he saw it wasn't, he grabbed a couple of roof tiles, to deny their use to the enemy and retreated beyond the pit with the others.
