Court Training Question

So on the Courtier Training (D8 - Goat)

Does Benten apply to all rolls, or just the mental, or is it like the Daily Courtier training and you can only use it on 1 roll?

I'm assuming Gaijin name applies to all of those since they're Social rolls.
