I would like to make it clear that earning 75 points mechanically should not be a source of stress for players. There are 11 events, and each event just selecting the correct ring (currently) gives 5 points, for a total of 55/75 without even making rolls.
I believe that by jut passing the non-1 on 1 events, you will be able to make the remaining, and that even not passing the event, but passing some of the rolls, should give enough as there are:
5 rolls on Heraldry, each passing roll granting 1 point
3 obstacles in Athletics, each passing roll (non-contested) granting 1 point
5 rolls in Horsemanship, each passing roll granting 1 point
3 rolls in CUlture, each passing roll granting 1 point
1 roll in Weaponry granting 1 point on success
3 rolls in Artistry, each passing roll granting 1 point
3 rolls in Law, each passing roll granting 1 point
3 rolls in Archery, each passing roll granting 1 point
3 rolls in Hunting, each passing roll granting 1 point
For a total of 29 points, before including raises, the Contested rolls, and event "wins"

Re: Topaz Points and You
Due to player feedback, from day 3 onward, you gain +7 points for the correct ring instead of +5. This means that the remaining 9 events will earn you 63 topaz points, which should ensure everyone passes their gempuku if they select the proper ring.
