Helping the Crab and throwing money at the Crane are both good ideas. But if I recall it right they have been quite pissy at the Crane. And the Crab is a very good idea.
Rōnin mercenaries is also an interesting idea.
Lion is a no-no. Scorpion, Phoenix, Dragon, Unicorn doesn't seem that interesting.
I prefer Mantis as a minor clan, so no Minor Clans or Imperials here.

I like Crab and Crane. If they wish to construct an embassy in Crane lands, then of course something has to be offered in return.

Do the Phoenix need bling? Probably not. But we could always use more donations for the shrines and temples.
