Finishing her own test, so to speak, Mirai made her way to the side to see how others did. Just like the day before, she seemed to be looking out for two people in particular.

Prash kept around looking at how the others were doing and open to conversations.

This time, however, unlike the previous day, he was dutifully trying to note down how each person answered, whether the answer was judged appropriate or not, and whether they were deemed to pass.

As he does so, he looks for a certain Miya in the crowd. If he finds him around, he nods to him to call his attention, with a smile over a slightly concerned face.

Wyn is still nursing a head ache, he has found a corner to sit and rub his head. He sees Prash and smiles weakly waving.

The Unicorn walks towards the Miya, bowing slightly as he smiles. "Miya-san! Are you ok?"

He waits for a bit, looking at the contestants and taking notes, then speaks again. "If it won't bother you too much, there's something I'd like to speak to you about..."

Something in his tone and the fact that he's noting down the contestants' answers and results seems to indicate what this is about...

"Is this about the Mantis?" He smiles at Prash and waves to a spot next to him.

"Hai...", the Unicorn says, in a lower voice. "Have you also noticed it?"

"Doji Satsume-domo has approached me twice on the subject, it appears that Hitoshi's father is not popular with the Crane, and Doji-domo is very concerned the Crane will color their opinion of him by his fathers actions. It appears he may be correct, it is very.... disappointing that the Crane would succumb to such base instincts. I might have...over embellished my Sumai match with him to give him a fair shot, at the Emerald Champions urging."

The Iuchi seems to ponder the Miya's words for some time. "So Dojo Satsume-dono's spirits has visited a number of us, it seems. I and my clansmates were uncertain what to make of our shared... 'dream' at first. If that's what it was..."

He nods at the Miya when he mentions his actions. "That is one way to avoid that this will prevent his gempukku. But... besides disappointing, I find it a bit surprising. I approached Doji-sensei about the apparent inconsistencies in scoring yesterday. She seemed... Defensive. To be honest, I would not expect that from someone like her - she has been stern before, but I wouldn't expect outright unfairness... "

He thinks for a momebt. 'Do you believe asking her about the scoring again may do any good?" He looks at his notes.

"You can't just ask her if she did something wrong, she's too proud for that. You need to find a way to word the request to be more positive, then she would gladly run with the idea and claim it as her own."

Prash looks at the Isawa when he approaches them,bowing at him before answering. "I see... She didn't take well to me pointing out I did not understand how contestants with similar answers has got different scores. If I remember it correctly, you and Doji-sensei has developed a closer relationship in Hirosaka, ne, Isawa-san. Do you think you could take this matter to her in a more appropriate manner? I... feel she may not be particularly comfortable with the situation, much as we are not."

"I will indeed, it won't help Hitoshi today though. This is the last test today and it wouldn't be right to have a private conversation before a participant goes in. "

"You're right...I don't suppose she'd be in a position to admit a mistake in the scores either. But if this ceases in the next days, it will have been worth it..." he says, looking worries and maybe even a bit sad.

"I suppose it's the best we can do at this point "

"Depending on where he sits in the standing tomorrow morning, I may have a back up plan I will be preparing tonight, after the world stops spinning some"

He looks at the Miya, smiling slightly at his comment, but soon turning more serious. "If some support is needed for that back-up plan, you may count on your comrade, Miya-san.", he says, nodding.
