Preview: New Winds Part 2: Topaz Championship: Character Creation

At the end of New Winds part 1, I will tally up all the skills and traits earned by each character. Whoever has the highest will then get compared to each other player to determine their End of Part 1 XP reward.
If the highest player has earned 60xp in bonus ring rewards and 25 in xp and you earned 36xp in bonus ring rewards and 15xp in skill rewards, you would gain 24xp that can only be spent on rings, the leftover lost, and 10xp that can only be spent on skills, the leftover lost.
Before Part 2: The Topaz Championship begins, EVERY player will gain +1 to all school skills they did not select during Part 1 character creation, all emphasis not gained, their School Trait, +0.5 Glory, +0.5 Status, their School Outfit, and their Rank 1 technique.
Finally, before Part 2: The Topaz Championship begins, ALL players will gain X amount of XP (Currently thinking 25), + any remainder disadvantage xp to make your total disadvantage bonus be +10.
Regardless of your insight rank, you will only have your Rank 1 technique, and all abilities, skills, spell, kiho, and kata masteries, and effects that reference insight rank will instead be counted as IR1, regarless of your actual IR level.
If a player wishes to create a NEW character for Part 2 instead of bringing their Part 1 character, they will have a set amount of XP to work with, determined at a later date.
