Finding Balance

by Moto Ichiro
Ichiro found a spot alone in a meditation room he sat and focused on that emptiness he had encountered two days ago. Trying to find the balance he had found there. He sat and emptied his mind his thoughts becoming water flowing from one thing to the next easily before pouring out of his head leaving nothing but the void.
Ichiro spent some time like this before breathing deep and feeling refreshed mind and body and ready for the next challenge.

by Kaito Haruki
Haruki finds the same empty room and collects his thoughts. He silently braces his mind for the exercises that are coming up.

by Asako Sanzo
Sanzo needed to find his center again after that grim lesson, to ease his mind and find balance once again. He came to the room where Kitsuki sensei had guided everyone through meditation, so it seemed a fitting spot. He finds two other students there, clearly with the same thought. Sanzo says nothing, silently assuming meditation.

by Kokyou
Kokyou finally manages to silence down the voice of the earth surrounding –– and the memories from Utaku Oichi's lessons this morning –– him and joins his classmates into connecting with the void.

by Iuchi Prashant
The Iuchi joins the others in meditation, but this time he brings with it a small tea set borrowed from the Dojo equipment as well.
He first sits down and - for the first time in his life - actually tries to perform the ceremony he had only seen others organizing. Surprisingly, even for him, it works well, and he feels refreshed after it is done.
He then adjusts himself to a lotus position and tries to let go of thoughts, and focus on just
being. Doing it in a closed room is a bit different from the outside meditation he's done more often in his time here, but it sort of reminds him of Kitsuki-sensei's lessons and his meaningful experience in it. It takes him some time, but he lets his mind drift, then centre in on his own self... and on his path.
When he opens his eyes again, he feels relaxed, serene... and ready.
