No Rest for the wicked (Open)

Feeling refreshed from the Sensei's prayer Ichiro wouldn't be sleeping tonight so he went to the dojo to do some work outs his hide vest was wet from the rain so he hung it up nearby and began working out starting with a light Jog around the dojo, doing normal things like push-ups and situps, just exercising his muscles.
