A small Scorpion kiddo in a feline mask sat on a small bridge spanning two banks in Hito Water Gardens, dangling legs over the golden koi swarming in the duckweed beneath. They held a makeshift signpost. They, the Scorpion, no they, the koi. But it would be fun if fish did the hard work.
