I don't care very much about this. Crane shouldn't be fucked up too much, but Scorpion need to remember that they are underdogs.

scorpion gaining political clout is never a win for any clan unless there are checks and balances for them

sure, maybe other clans gain some koku for now but who will keep the scorpion in check if the crane can't this year? that's right, no one. the scorpion will obviously abuse their power and aren't trustworthy and currying favor with crane goes a long ways, unlike with the scorpion. that's why you should never vote for the scorpion here.
