Nobuko clenched her teeth and squeezed her mouth shut to avoid a load groan as she put herself into position to attempt the strange twisting sit-ups their Sensei was doing. She struggled to get even one done...

Kazuko hisses with effort as she tries to match the liveliness of the Doji, wishing that she could get a short reprieve from her burning limbs. It's okay if she slows down a little, right? As long as she's still trying...

She bounces a little and takes some deep breaths.
