Running Waters (Open)

[Kokyou]

The Mantis boy puts on his islander combat face and takes his hakama off, too. In his fundoshi, he takes a place before entering the ring, waiting for Aiichiro.

[Kaiu Aiichiro]

Aiichiro first put everything he carried on his obi on the ground. Then he throws his kimono, which he also used for sleeping, aside, not changed into a hakama yet, entering the ring.

[Kokyou]

Kokyou takes his steps forward to face Aiichiro and starts to perform the ritual they were taught: crouch, lift. Stomp left leg, then stomp right leg. Crouch again with fists on the floor to bow.

If they had salt, this would be the time to go fetch it and sprinkle the ring. They aren't adults yet, so they're not ranked yet to do so.

Combat starts!

The tsunami of a boy clashes in with a firm grip and a tug at Aiichiro's obi and fundoshi. He plants his foot down and tries to gain control like a mantis to its prey.

As their legs entangle, the Mantis retains control and swings the Crab boy over, throwing Aiichiro out of the ring.

He smirks and nods. "Good match, matey!"

[Kaiu Aiichiro]

He got up and bowed, reaching for his clothes as fast as possible. If anyone arrived in the room, it would be somewhat suspicious.

[Kokyou]

Kokyou bows and moves to slowly put back his clothes as well.

[Kaiu Aiichiro]

"So... I'm sorry for what happened. I'm normally not like this."
