Balance (open)

Ichiro's mind was unsettled, too many new faces, too many new rules and having to live by typical Rokugani custom. Hos usual stress relief was unavailable to him, riding through the plains near Khanbulak or heading to the bustling markets where he could talk to all kinds of people who come to trade there. So called gaijjn from senpet, merenae, the ivory kingdoms. Since Khanbulak was the city that started the only open trade route to the west it was a bustle of activity.
Ichiro shook his head to clear it of thoughts from home. Instead he attempted to do what he failed today during the training. He focused and looked inward to find his center, to find balance.
The boy was far more successful than he had been earlier in the day, finding adequate balance in his mind and soul. However he still had a far way to go to be able to truly center himself.
