I plan on asking everyone this!

Favorite scene (And a link!) that Dao was involved in? Favorite scene you read that Dao was not involved in?

Why, Dao?

Why?

You broke Kokyou’s heart and became his hero at the same time.

As was obvious, he's still coming to terms with the formality of it. He also has trouble coming to terms with just how much decadence and excess is available to samurai, even in lands so struck by natural disaster.

In Dragon lands, where everyone is starving, there's not as much difference, but the rigid structure of samurai society is something he's still coming to terms with.

Why? I decided to play up that hormonal teen angle and after some subtler flirting in Part 1, continued actions here meant he lost his cool a little.

They agreed to write in the gap before Topaz, and so I pictured their relationship building over that time, but since it was stated as no GM interaction between games it was all off screen in my head. Dao hadn't expected her to be quite so receptive and it confused the character a little. But it was fun to read all the reactions to his crazy.
