The New Winds

After a quick lunch, Prashant (or not really, but well) went once more to the outskirts of the city, and waited for someone.

He had never meant to stand him up in Hirosaka, but for some reason the nice but odd scorpion was hard to find - and... well, perhaps he was, as well? They had finally had a chance to spar again during the Championship, but as he had said, he'd like to face the Bayushi on his own element. He hadn't really answered Prash's suggestion of a meeting the following day - perhaps he still felt bad about Hirosaka? But he still hoped they could find the time for another spar, and another talk. So Prash left a note in front of the Bayushi's room when leaving in the morning.

'Use our bokken one more time, after lunch behind the first cherry tree in the western exit?'

Kaidan after being very very lost. I should really need to get better at finding places. He finally made it to the dojo. Following the Bayushi was little Ninya proud kitten with her tiny bob tail high. He noted the Unicorn and greeted him. "Hello Iuchi san."

After some time waiting as he practiced on his own, seeing Kaidan get in Prash bows to him with a happy smile.

"Konnichiwa Bayushi-san! Have you had your rice? Happy to see you here! I thought maybe my note had been lost."

He nods towards the weapon rack in the dojo, smiling happily.

"So... today I see you on your best element, ne?"

Kaidan blinked a few times. "The one lost was not the note." He bowed. "I have been blessed by Inari, even if Ninya chan believes otherwise." He looked at the cat. "Nya...Nyaa." Kaidan chuckled. He moved to the rack and chose a bokken. "Let's hope that the fortunes favor me today."

Prashstam smiles at his comment. "Oh... Ninya-chan is quite the charmer, isn't she? Maybe we can bring her with us for a bite after we're done here?"

Feeling the weight of the bokken he was already holding, he walks to one side of a grid, and waits for Gakihiro to get settled as well.

"Start with a draw, first to three strikes? Depending on how tired we are, we could take the chance to get some practice with another weapon as well if you're up for it."

"May the fortunes bless us with our best performance. Ganbatte, Bayushi-san!", he says, getting into a Iai position.

"Yes, she is a very persuasive fur ball." The Bayushi chuckled. "Sounds good to me. Three hits but no injuries just taps, right?" He agreed. "I should start training withother weapons as well. You can show me what is a weapon that would suit me better than the sword."
