As a figure runs away from the area following the accident during Riku and Hitoshi's match, Nobuko rushes over to the other swords to try and see if any of the rest had been tampered with.

It would take some time to check them all one by one, but it was pretty obvious when she looked at them that they were all safe. Apparently it was just the one that had been switched out.

As Nobuko ran to the rack, Dao ran to the defense of the people. He had faith in the students who were running through the crowd in pursuit of the saboteur, but there was every chance that whoever it was, they weren't working alone.

He would not allow anything to harm the other participants and spectators and took a post to protect them from attack.
