I'm actually surprised btw - Prash apparently has one of the best Jujutsu rolls o.O I guess that fight with the henchmen, frustrated Martial Arts results and Kitsuki-sensei's influence in Hirosaka has an effect lol

Are we playing with the assumption that something like drinks at the sake house are covered by hospitality and/or one's lord or would that be expecting coin.

For the "Riding the Clouds" kiho, can that can also be used to (safely) leap down a distance equivalent to its range before falling damage becomes a thing?

If you want to stop your race and go offer them a hand, they get the cooperate bonus (+ your Athletics skill as a straight bonus to the roll)

+5. Remember, samurai don't cook more than like one dish at most for their own family of like, 3 people. Servants handle anything bigger, so you'd have no experience at all cooking for a group that large.

More likely, you cook a single dish and have the servants replicate it for a large scale.

Okay, so for future reference: difficulty 2 is 3-6 people, difficulty 5 is cooking for an entire court, and 4 is like a small party?

Okay, so what is between the 2 extremes for ingredients? 0 is like in season ingredients in your region and 5 is for things that you would have to actually commission someone to get for you like vanilla and chocolate, right?

think of it like: 0=in my village, 1=in the city closest to me, 2=somewhere in the province, 3=somewhere outside the province but in rokugan, 4=traded with but not nativ, 5=not traded for and not native

And in this instance village means stuff that you would easily find in the place your lord has assigned to you, right. So even though sea bass is super common for a sea faring clan like the mantis, it would still be really hard to get for a lion. So difficulty from materials would be 0 for a mantis but 3 for a lion?
