I see three possibilities that work well:

1) Allow CP/XP to be added to them to round it out

2) Don't have them disappear if unspent but instead stay around as XP that can only be spent on traits

3) Have an option to 'convert' them to general CP/XP at some ratio (2:1 maybe) - this also gives an option for characters who had their heart set on an advantage or such but are short CP to sacrifice a ring boost to get it.

And I think so Mai, you'll have to wait and see the event day. I can't remember off the top of my head how i had it written (If it was required for all shugenja to hunt for herbs and berries since they don't shed blood, or if it was only an option)

It didn't matter before but I guess it matters now - how will advanced schools and paths be handled in this game? Are they flat out banned?

For those of us with a Zokujin crystal and a 'pick a weapon' option would we be able to have had it crafted into said weapon or is that a 'during game only' sort of thing?

got tea ceremony 1 from doji sensei ally so i didn't start with it, if i want to get it to rank 3 would it be 2 or 3 xp?

yea im pretty sure since v approved my cs and i start wth a bow and says we can hold unlimited arrows or something

Do we gain our normal equipment replacing the one we have now, does the normal school equipment and the current equipment sum up, or do we keep our old items without gaining new ones?

You keep the old and gain the new.

A bow comes with something small to hold the twenty arrows, but not a true quiver. You'd need a quiver to hold more on your person during combat, and only up to what the quiver can carry per the item entry.

Can I reinforce a structure without repairing it?
If yes, what would be the TN to reinforce a structure?
Can we change our traveling pack? Or will we have two traveling packs?
Can I take a technical drawing kit on my traveling pack? (Without brushes, coal or ink; with rulers, compasses and etc)
If I told my lord I would craft a Tessen, would they cover (at least part of) my costs? If she wouldn't cover it entirely, how much would I receive?
