Here he was again now using his dark clothes. The mud had made it more difficult to infiltrate the place. At least Kaidan is light in his feet and know how to step without leaving a track. He knows where he has the best vantage to get in. The water made it slippery and he had forgotten his grappling hook. Hopefully no one saw anything.

Again he continued to inside the state to the room where Doji Morikage is staying. Hopefully he can stay in the shadows. Moving swiftly to the Doji's room.

He noted the guard and kept to the shadows. Hopefully, he is not spotted by the guard and avoided the nightingale floor creaking.

Kaidan is able to make it to the room without any interference.

He slowly opened the door gingerly and looked inside to make sure no one was around. He made his way in.

The room is empty of people. There are a few nice kimono's on display so as o not get wrinkled. A trunk of possessions. A writing desk, with paper, ink, and a brush. Wax and a personal chop.

First Kaidan checks the desk. Looking for papers, letters and pillow books.

There is a letter addressed to Murashige. Kaidan can tell at first glance that it is from someone who has blackmail on the Doji, and the request is to ensure that Hitoshi fail. It doesn't say who it is from, but is signed with a saying: "Webs within webs"

This was not good. Kaidan knows this saying very well. He had a clue that someone of his clan was behind this but who. This was the proof of what was itching in the back of his head. Now, it was time for him to decide, save face or let the clan get the hit. The damage was already done. He decided to forge the document.
