D5 LA - Reporting on Events (Open)

(OOC: NPC presence is not requested unless it's needed for this. I'm handwaving that he's making a point to apologize to the proctors for missing an event as part of the fire.)

Bedraggled, covered in just enough mud that it did take an effort to remain presentable after the afternoon's events, Saburo arrived at the Kakita Academy and made a report to whichever Ji-samurai would be taking a message to the proctors of the exam. He did not seem unduly demanding of actually seeing or speaking with them unless they requested his presence. For the moment, he just wanted to make sure the forms were followed so he could put his hat back on, trudge out into the rain.
