After the whole hub-bub with the Frogs Wyn heads down to the main room and returns to his homework, working on sketching out the town yet again.

On the other side of the room a straw hat moved across the floor.

"Gekota, stay still." the Dragon said as he reached over and carefully pulled the hat back to his side. "It will be done soon."

He was struggling to bind the wicker he'd acquired, but the twine came loose and everything sprung apart.

"Well, not soon. Maybe tomorrow."

[Miya Wyn]

"What are you working on Kitsuki-san?"

[Kitsuki Asahi]

"A cage for Gekota." he picked up the hat, revealing the frog beneath. "But, I'll need to find some better materials tomorrow."

[Miya Wyn]

Wyn smiles, "I can get you a list of places in town that have the right kind of materials."

[Kitsuki Asahi]

"I'd appreciate that, Miya-sama. I still haven't explored the area fully." Holding the frog carefully, he offered a bow.

[Miya Wyn]

Wyn rose from his table to returned the bow before taking a seat again, "Tell me Kitsuki-san how has your tournament been?"

[Kitsuki Asahi]

"Well. Some of the tests have been challenging and painful, but I am pleased with my performance so far." he answered. "And for you, Miya-sama?"

[Miya Wyn]

"I did much better at the Ruby Dojo then I have here, There has been much more.... Combat tests then I am use to, and even the physical tests I trained for my performance has been less then I wished. I do look forward to the Courtier Debates I should excel there. "

[Kitsuki Asahi]

"I am not sure of how I will fair with those." he admitted. "Kitsuki training involves martial and courtly ability, along with investigative knowledge."

[Miya Wyn]

"My school concentrates on diplomacy, horsemanship and " He waves toward the scrolls, "Artistry of course"

[Kitsuki Asahi]

"Artistry is a personal pursuit of mine, though I normally work with steel." He gestured to the wicker. "My father was a swordsmith."

[Miya Wyn]

He nods, "Otomo-san is learning sword smithing from the Kakita, they have an impressive forge and teaching facility here you should check it out while you are here"

[Kitsuki Asahi]

"I think I will, thank you." He nodded. He had moved closer and looked over the Miya's work. "You are a cartographer? It's very well done."

[Miya Wyn]

"Thank you, I have been trying to practice these are my first official maps, though I don't know if they count as official unless I graduate later this week"

[Kitsuki Asahi]

"I appreciate the the attention to detail." he studied the work. "Some maps focus only on key points of interest."

[Miya Wyn]

"All official Miya maps must be this detailed otherwise they are not of the quality the Emperor requires"

[Kitsuki Asahi]

Asahi nodded. "As it should be. Have you traveled much of the Empire?"
