The Big Meal At The End of the Road

[Bayushi Kaidan]

"I have been here and there. This one is Bayushi Hakushi." The Bayushi smiled. "Quite the journey, ne?" He daintily picked some tea.

[Kokyou]

Kokyou enters at the dining area with a wooden box in his hand. He bows to the Champion, sensei and other classmates. Then, the boy sets it the box on top of a center table and bows to it. There's a nod to Wyn, so he can help set up the trophies and letters at the arranged place.

As they take the items out, stone trophies –– in the same color of the stones used to warm the bathing pools –– their forms are revealed with the proper kanji in miniatures of:

- Charisma: A Fan
- Beauty: A Mask
- Bravery: A Katana
- Wits: A Pen
- Resilience: A Kabuto
- Trust: A Cup
- Generosity: A Coin

[Miya Wyn]

Upon seeing Kokyu Wyn rises and moves to assist the other boy in preparing the display.

[Kaito Haruki]

Haruki comes back from cleaning and begins to set up his plate around, making certain to keep himself small so he does not bother the others.

[Kakita Kenji]

Kenji was at the celebration, too. When he looked around, he noticed a white-haired boy sitting next to Jiro, but he didn't know who he was. He thought it would be best if he sat next to Aiichiro and Ginkarasu, so he sat down next to them and enjoyed the fantastic food. Haruki was really good at cooking!

[Kaiu Aiichiro]

Kenji sitting next to him, he remembered something he discussed earlier. Getting up with a nod, he leaves the table and his portion of fried rice behind to search for the Ruby Champion, covering the small thing with his hand as if he was protecting it again.

The Ruby Champion was sitting at the head of the gathering, with Doji Sakura next to her, discussing a gift Sakura had just given her

[Asako Sanzo]

Sanzo is there, of course; he is not one to miss out on such a feast. He takes a seat and immediately begins appreciating his clanmate's work by chowing down as much as he can. He maintains etiquette, as any honorable samurai would, but the his pace of consumption is certainly something to behold.

[Kaito Haruki]

"Congratulations for that amazing performance yesterday, Asako-San. Way to finish strong."

[Asako Sanzo]

Sanzo pauses a moment to finish whatever delicious morsel he was eating, takes a sip of tea and clears his throat.

"Thank you Kaito-san! Heh, honestly, I had not expected to do so well, myself. Though, I understand that congratulations are in order for you, as well! Finshing a few points above me, you finished quite strongly, too! The other top contenders were lucky that there wasn't a cooking test, or else I'm sure you'd be at the top!" He finishes with a hearty chuckle.

[Kaito Haruki]

"I'm certain the same thing could be said of Doji-san and weapon smithing."

[Kaiu Aiichiro]

He gets at her side and waits until she talks with him, alternating between looking around and at the ground.

[Vutall]

"Yes, Kaiu-san?"

The Ruby champion looks quite happy, though her On is strong and shows no outward appearance of it. Just something in her tone and her posture shows it. In her hands she holds a finely crafted wooden box with a ruby earrings inside it.

[Kaiu Aiichiro]

"I crafted this. Kitsuki Tai Yu-sensei told me you would be interested in seeing it." He bows, forehead touching the ground before getting up again, extending his hand with the toy, quite nervously. "Push under it."

[Kaito Haruki]

"So nice to see everyone show off their artistry at least once. "

[Asako Sanzo]

"Indeed! Certainly keeps things interested, being in a group of such talented students."

[Kaito Haruki]

"I feel proud about my work, but I hope people don't expect me to do this every time we meet now." He chuckled a little at that.

[Vutall]

The Ruby Champion looks at the toy quizzically, turning it around in her hands and examining it before pushing the button and watching the thing fall apart.

"Oh my!"

She quickly releases the button and it stands back up

"This is delightful! Well done!"

[Kaiu Aiichiro]

He smiles. Still without much care to decor. He could manifest happiness, for now. The first time he got one of those, he could vaguely remember feeling something similar.
"Thank you!" He replied, waiting for her to give it back without demanding so, not to lack respect.

She plays with is a couple more times before hiding a smile and handing it back.
