Does precise memory apply at all?

No

Benton's applies to the three Social rolls but Clear think/Irreproachable/Meido does not apply to anything since they are not contested, correct?

Bentens doesn't apply either as they arn't persuasion. Just a demonstration of your ability to show the knowledge you learned.

Even if we don't do raises do we get the trait we are using for the skill?

As long as your total is equal to the tn, yes

Because it is specified to take place after players take part in magistrate training are we considered to have those skills if they were earned?

I suppose the question goes again for Awareness

Your considered to have them only in the sense that if you earned awareness you can’t get it from extra credit. You roll as if you don’t have them though as the increases havnt applied
