I think I am mis-understanding the concept. Is a private forum a sub-set within the Private Forum menu, like with clan, or are you referring to private messages?

Private forum is the section at the bottom that has your character sheet inside it. This link is to yours:

You can post whatever in there and only I can see it. It's best for records instead of Private Messages as those get lost.

Apologies if this has been asked before but will there be a chance for healing between events? Like between combat training and the physical fitness exam?

You can seek out the Asako sensei for healing once a day. She will do medicine healing unless you are over +5 to wound penalties, which then she will do a Path to Inner Peace.

The event threads, just make your dice roll post in the thread and then you can roleplay on the side in the timeslot with someone in another thread.

I know you can not explode unskilled, so a 10 does not get rerolled if you roll it unskilled
If I roll 2K2 unskilled and get 20 (2 10s) even though I can not reroll does it count as 2 explosions for an Ally?

Can we join Ally skill training threads even if we aren't getting the skill off of them? I would like to join a thread for a skill I plan on picking up with XP not the ally and would like to use it as justification for picking it up with our first round of XP. The ally training threads seem like a good way of justifying it in character.

Got a question regarding the 1 point allies.

Other than providing the +1 to a skill or an emphasis, do they also have some sort of interest in how we do RP-wise, or is it basically just that 1-time thing?

Along the line with the healing questions, and in the interests of not swamping the healer for minor wounds, I assume we still heal 2x Stamina when sleeping? (normally also + Insight, but we're at <1 right now I think)
