Titles are a great addition. They give a player something tangible to work toward with their character arc and also provide a reason to invest in some underutilized skills (like Lore: Law). Overall, I think it's a net positive for RP.

I'm voting no on this one because tattoos are pretty broken as-is. Togashi Tattooed Monk is one of the best schools in the game already, so I don't see any reason to give them an extra boost.

Buffs to these weapons are desperately needed, so I have to give this a +1.

I personally find the "Rokugani don't aim" part of the fluff pretty stupid, so I have to give this a +1.
